in Him-Alayas

My travels across the Himalayas (Srinagar- Leh- Manali)

Great Flats
miles and miles of dry flat plain

Deep Shadow
one bright blue sky is all that you need

Cloudy at a distance
not all days are bright and sunny, yet no less awesome

Monastery of a King
its old and high and hidden close to sky

salty Pangong Tso

Purple Scape
mild green dotted with bright violets

Scratched Sky
so pointed are the peaks it even scratched the sky

Sheep Yard
hundreds of them just graze as you gaze

Serendipity
one morning I saw this and felt heavenly
